Walking in the rain on a drizzly evening

First drops of rain hitting the ground,
Like jets of silver lilting down,
People around rushing for shelter overhead,
I start out my stroll in the beauty ahead.

Heavy droplets of rain falling with verve,
Yet so gentle not to make me wrench,
Like the care of a mother this rain descends,
Even in the might, its love transcends.

Through this runny curtain with head high,
Tiny droplets kissing as they drop-by,
With the trees swaying in the occassional wind,
The black clouds making the vista much more adorned.

Each droplet in itself purity personified,
Despite the humble sources from it has been drained,
These waters from heaven fervent to cleanse,
Dirt in air, land and minds alike.

Walking through this bliss of harmonious chords,
I feel like wordsworth, just without the words,
Realize there are miles before I sleep,
But I'll take a minute, for this moment to seep...

Beauty Redefined

One of the rarest marvels of nature,
I really doubt its replication in future,
Truely i see a great artist in God,
For such a beauty as u,He has made.

How long do u propose to live here forth,
For i didnt know angels do live on earth,
I see in u beauty itself personified,
And ur eyes making it much more glorified.

I really wonder if this happening is verity,
For if it is so,its truely my serendipity,
'coz first time I witness a real beauty,
Which has turned my "blithers" into a poetry???

Beauty as yours on earth is rare to find,
However rarer than it is a beautiful mind,
For if you lack that inner beauty,
Its just like rain falling into the sea.

As years roll by,one day you'll see,
You'll not be pretty you used to be,
For all the beauties have had the same end,
Thats the message the history sends.

However there's one alternative i can say,
To make your beauty live all the way,
Make your mind benevolent towards all,
This 'll make ur beauty into an immortal.

Bolster others to make them grow,
This 'll make your soul to glow,
Taking this path you shall sow,
The reaps of which 'll make beauty bow...

உயிர்துளி.....

பனித்துளியாய் பல மணித்துளிகள் கறைந்ததடி உன் கண்மணியில்,

துளித்துளியாய் வந்து விழும் சாரல் என் மனதில்,

ஒரு துளியும் உன் விழியில் வருவதனை கண்டால்,

தளராத என் மனமும் துவண்டிடுமே....

प्यार की राह में बिखरा नहीं मैं पल बर,
देखा जो तुम्हें एक नजर जाग उठा मेरा जिगर |
हर पल मेरे ख्वाबों मैं तू,
जीना है मुझे सपनो में क्यों ||

காதலின் பாதையில்.......

காதலின் பாதையில் போனதில்லை என் நெஞ்சம்,

கண்டேன் நான் உன்னை, பின்புதான் உயிரினுல் ஏதோ நடுக்கம்,

ஏனோ ஏனோ என் கனவில் வந்து,

என்தன் நிஜத்தை கலைத்து சென்றாய்.


பாலைவனம் போல் வறண்டிருந்த நிலையிலடி என் நெஞ்சம்,

பசுமை தரும் நதி போல் என்தன் நெஞ்சில் உன் தஞ்சம்,

காதல் கடலில் நானும் இன்று விழுந்ததென்ன,

உன்தன் அழகின் வெள்ளம் என்னை இங்கு கொல்வதென்ன,

உனை நினைத்து உறக்கம் இல்லை,

கனவினிலும் உன்தன் தொல்லை,

உயிர் கொண்டு, மனம் வென்று,

உடல் மட்டும் விட்டுச் செல்லும்.....(காதலின்)
